Really enjoyed the room and atmosphere of the hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I will definitely stay again and have already referred you to many. Ty
The receptionist at the front desk has difficulty writing her numbers. Her threes and written as fives...so be prepared for a wild goose chase finding your room. The television was nonfunctioning. A friendly repair man came to fix it, however the television only worked briefly and never again. The manager offered a room change at the tail end of all the days spent there, but we were unable to make the room change due to illness. By then it was time to go home...too little too late as the saying goes. On checkout day I asked to speak to the manager but she was not available. I was informed she would call me that day, but it has been 72 hours now and no call as of yet. A formal complaint has been filed at corporate level and am awaiting their follow-up.

Overall stay was okay carpet had stains and shower needed to be a little cleaner
We loved our stay, the room was big enough for the family and clean. The employees were nice and helpful. The breakfast was great. I would love to come back and stay again.
