I really enjoying Avid IHG hotel, Beaumont Tx, but the elevator carpet is very dirty. The hotel rooms, and outside area is nice, clean and modern.. They accepted pets which is another plus.

Hotel is great for a quick overnight stay. The rooms are always clean. I am noticing that attention to the common areas are being overlooked, like the elevator carpets have noticeable soiled areas, which can be cleaned quickly on days when the hotel isnt busy.
