They canceled all my money payments and required me to pay additional amount for any days I stayed. Could not plan our reservations or any changes to reservation days only one staff person on duty for the whole facility and she was very inexperienced.

Room has seen better times. Bathtub so messy we didn’t take a shower. I called prior to staying and asked how much for two dogs, they said nonrefundable $50. When I checked out it was $150. Highway robbery. They said they don’t care if I gave them a bad review so here it is. Keep driving.

The hotel is super clean. The small suite is very spacious and has all the amenities. There’s a small store downstairs with basic food items. Very nice hotel on a highway. There are two or theee restaurants within walking distance. But Winnie is a super small town with not much to do
