Even though the lobby was closed duet to a fire a while ago, the place was clean and smoke free. The checkin staff was very friendly and personable. The heat did not work the first room so she put in another room 4 doors down. Everything was clean and smelled very nice. Very spacious room.

The room was very spacious and quiet. Even though the property had a fire a week before we arrived, the staff was running efficiently.

Fire in lobby, no breakfast served
The room itself was incredible, but the booking advertised that breakfast was included. A fire in the lobby prevented breakfast. A voucher to a local restaurant or store would have been appreciated. Check in person said I would get a discount, though none provided. At the very least, the listing should be changed to show no breakfast offered. Or notify customer prior to arrival so that they can be prepared for lack of breakfast. Also, it was hard to find where the customer was supposed to check in since yellow tape blocked the lobby area - the sign saying to go to room 115 was within the yellow tape section.

Honestly my only complaint is the walls are insanely thin. We could hear the conversations from the room next to us like they were in the room with us. We had a suite and it sucked pretty bad to feel like we didnt have the privacy we paid for. Not to mention awkward to know everything the room next to us was doing.

Walking in I was very surprised to see such a well organized room, clean. The staff was friendly and helpful for the old goats that can’t keep track of their room key card. Parking lot is very well lit, easy access to the freeway. Breakfast was good hot and ready for us. So busy we forgot to take pics but it for the money you can’t beat it.
