Clean and basic

Basic motel. You can hear other people in rooms. Pillows were flat. Room was clean and provided a refrigerator and microwave. There was coffee at the attached restaurant but not in the room. Some of the fitted sheets were bought for double beds but the beds are queens so they don’t fit.

The place is worn down, example room window was broken, the towels are so thin I wouldn’t use them to dry my car with. Older man was rude and during check in at 5 pm he had Jammie pants on. Charged us 4.00 dollars for a cup of coffee with dry creamer and does not offer Canadian exchange rates. Frowned when we asked for ice in the ice bucket they provided. The cost for the whole thing is outrageous.

Beds were very comfortable, but not many electrical outlets or any USB plug ins. The room was dated, but functional. Breakfast was good, but we were reluctant to try dinner as the host said, we can probably whip something up for you to eat. We decided to eat at a restaurant across the street as a result and no one was in the cafe for the night that we could see.

Ate across the road at Buckshot Betty's. She was short handed, very rude, took hours and food was only ok! Slim pickings for food by hotel yku should eat before you stop. No coffee pot in room.

Staff was extremely unpleasant and rude. Asking for simple things like ice was met with rude comments. The cafe as advertised was not inviting. Server complained when a member in our party ordered a BLT sandwich that she would now have to make. One of the beds had clearly been slept in

No problemo!

Hotel in the middle of no where. You're paying a premium because of that. It's showing its age, but clean and comfortable. Would have no issue staying there again!
