There was no hot water in our room on the 2nd floor when we were trying to shower in the morning. When we inquired at the front desk we were told they were not aware of any problems and there was nothing they could do. There was another guest present who was complaining about no hot water on her room on the 1st floor. The hotel would not compensate either of us for the inconvenience. We were very upset because we had to go to another hotel to get a room so we could shower before we headed to our work meeting.

We stayed at this hotel just one night. We rate the hotel “good”, but it has a potential to be better. The staff could make a difference if they would be trained to be friendly, proactive, offering information about services in the area, such as late night food orders and deliveries to the hotel. The front lobby and main entrance must be cleaned more often. Lighting of the main entrance could be improved.
