I would not stay here again. The rooms need a major renovation and feel dirty overall. The curtains do not pull shut and there are no shades, so you can see directly into the room through the thin panel. This caused people to be able to look directly in and bright light pour directly into our beds affecting our sleep. Linens for pull out were not provided so had to go back to front and request. It just felt very dirty and run down. Would not stay here again.

The staff and facility were top notch, and the only complaint we had was the LOUSY cable TV system which provided fuzzy, poor pictures, and no sound on one of the main stream channels.

Needs updates
The room bathroom condition was poor: broken tile and missing grout on the floor stained old toilet and seat. Mirror and sink look to be recently (last 5 years) updated. The room condition was ok: beds were slightly uncomfortable but good enough for the price, the TV was good quality, the air conditioner control was older style and air conditioner worked very well, carpet in the room was visibly free of debris but felt dirty, room overall had a smell that I am quiet sure is mold. The service was great: the staff were all very friendly and kind, the front desk was knowledgeable of the area and happy to help with any request. The Breakfast was perfect: everything was kept warm and fresh, breakfast staff was pleasant and accommodating would 10/10 eat there again. The hotel overall was in some rough shape: pool was dirty hot tub was unavailable, carpets in hallways were uneven and dirty, front entrance head very clear signs of wear and tear. 3/10 was ok for a night of sleep but would not want to stay here longer with a family.

We were traveling to be at a ceremony for our family member who was being inducted into the West Virginia Sports Hall of Fame. Andy Marchal. We were traveling with our puppy. It was so nice to be able to bring our dog. The staff was so nice and accommodating. Scott went out of his way to make us and our dog, miss Daisy to feel right at home. The housekeeping did a great job. Our room was great. Don't forget to tip. They work hard and should be rewarded.

This was horrible. If I was the owner of this establishment I would be embarrassed. Had there been another hotel in the area, I would have left and taken the hit. The room was filthy! We walked in and it was so hot. Tried to turn on the a/c units that were off, since there were two, and neither work. Called staff up and they couldn’t do anything. They said they’d have given me some money back, but can’t since I used Expedia. Then I went to pull out the couch for one of the kiddos to sleep on. It was disgusting. So much so, that I wouldn’t let one of them sleep on it. I could go on and on and on, but I will just tell you to save your money. I can’t believe I paid 180 bucks to stay here. I usually have good experiences at this chain, but don’t know that I will give them another chance. Save your money and look out for your health!

The property is horribly old and in need of a complete gut and renovation. There was a horrible strong smell of a deodorizer trying to mask some form of smell but unfortunately the deodorizer was very upsetting to our senses and made it very uncomfortable to breathe. The pool needed a good cleaning as well. Building just gave me the ick. Only enjoyable part was the breakfast

This property was great! Currently under repair from a water leak… bathroom was having some repairs, but otherwise the breakfast and cookies were OUT OF THIS WORLD, the poor was super clean and warm, and the staff had amazing personalities! I would stay here again!

The room was not nice at all. There were dead bugs in the corner protectors, the bathroom trim was rusted away from the wall, beds were not comfortable, walls covered in dirt and marked up and pillows were way too squishy. The breakfast was great though. The area for the breakfast service was clean and well kept. Contactless check out was very nice too.

Location was good. Rooms outdated along with hotel. Room had broken tile in the bathroom and the looks of cigarette burns at the top of the door frame. The suite area had thumb tacks in the wall for no apparent reason. Curtains had cigarette burns on them and the mattress was terrible.
