The pool was entirely too cold and the hot tub wasn’t working. The shower didn’t get very hot. Overall it was okay but probably wouldn’t stay again if the pool and hot tub still aren’t working.

Arrived after check in time, had to wait 25 minutes -room wasnt clean. Arrived in room still not clean- used coffee pod in coffee pot. Stains on ceiling that looked like blood. Requested housekeeping after 3 days and never came. Both pool and jacuzzi which is 1 reason i paid their prices, were broke down , sign said fixed tomorrow for 4 days!! People at desk were sarcastic

We liked the shower and bed and pillows, but the noise level was high with traffic we could hear and there were fingerprints on the doors that we could see … finally found a fan to turn out to block out the noise. Tv remote missing battery, so went down to the from my desk and they replaced it for us … def not worth the price I’d the room !

The hot tub was drained and green. Pool was cold. Room clean. Restaurant staff and food were was excellent. Room had some scratches and patches of paint flaking off (wear and tear). Pull out couch was like sleeping on a chainlink fence with a sleeping bag.
