Easy access from I77 but not close enough for road noise. Very quiet. Beautiful setting with a lovely patio overlooking a lake. Older motel, very basic but clean and comfortable. Great value. We would stay here again.

Room is sufficient for a single night stay. Motel is very dated. Surrounding area is very beautiful and would be convenient in ski season as the property is adjacent to a ski resort. After a long day on the road, we were counting on eating at the on site restaurant- would have been good to know it is only open on weekends and Ghent is not really a town. There are no local options.

Lovely hotel

The front desk and housekeeping staff are very nice. The room was clean. We appreciated the coffee and pastries in the morning. Would stay again if in the area!

I liked that is was located near the hwy. The property is next to the small lake which is very pretty for a picnic at the benches. We stayed overnight only and couldn't enjoy the area.

Stayed for three nights, visiting from Chicago after a two day car audio show we attended in Hickory, NC. Loved the lake/pond! We had chairs for the event we were attending, carried them down by the water for a quiet, peaceful smoke sesh. Gonna miss the beautiful area. Only thing I noticed and wasn't a fan of was of the dampness. It just felt sooo damp to me, that and the potholes coming in. I also didn't pay attention to the restaurant times when booking, so I did not get to experience that :(

Property is older but well maintained and clean. Beds were comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Food absolutely delicious. Will be my new stopping spot for sure. Very reasonably priced.
