The receptionist did his job. The key cards are a challenge. Once I got to my room, I had to go back to the reception desk to have a new key made. The room I had was in a different building. The room was a handicap room. The door had been compromised, so I slept with my luggage up against the door. The room was not bad just not very secure.

The room smelled like mold/mildew. The hallway and stairway smelled like pot. The outside door didn’t lock so anyone could enter without a key. The front desk only programmed keys for one day, so everyday at 11:00 room keys are no longer active. We requested bath towels and the front desk staff said they were all dirty and all they had clean was a bath mat, torn wash cloth, and a hand towel.

From musty rooms to TV half working
I've stayed here many times on my business trips. The room smell musty and the beds are hard and not comfortable. I delt with that because the price is good. The last straw was the TV remote would either not work or would not let me turn the TV off. They have the lowest quality from room amenities to cleanliness. I will be staying elsewhere in the future.

Hotel room was beautiful. The breakfast was good. We came in. We had to ask for toilet paper right away. It was almost out. Plus I had to adjust the TV cuz it was in the small setting and luckily I knew how to do that myself. Besides that, everything else about this day was very very nice room was quiet

Would’nt stay again.
Not happy with the unfriendly desk person. He seemed like he didn’t want to be bothered. As soon as we checked in we went to eat and came back an hour later and went to our room. We received 1 door card and proceeded to try and open the door only to find the indoor top latch was latched. My husband went to the front desk to the gentleman that checked us in to tell him. He wanted to know how we did that. Really!’ How could we do that if we are are the outside of the door. I was still by the door and heard the phone in the room ring and someone answered the phone and I heard him say hello and then nothing else. In the mean time the guy at the desk still wondered how the door got locked while he had some girl that didn’t work there behind the desk. My husband said she told the desk clerk I’m not suppose to go back there and the desk clerk said he told “her” she wasn’t suppose to go back there. The desk clerk said he talked with whoever “her” is and she said it was ok. My husband got a new room and all was good. I now realized we only got 1 room card for the 1st room because someone was in the 1st room. My guess is someone gave that person in the room the other card. Good thing the door was latched so we couldn’t get in. Who knows what could have happened.

Stayed for the night on our way to NC for wedding. Pet friendly as we had our dog with us. Staff very friendly and efficient. Pillows were awesome we would love to know where to purchase them. Beds were comfortable. Nice breakfast before heading out this am.

Good place for the dog. Friendly staff. Breakfast was so-so. No protein or fresh fruit. If they don't have ability to provide eggs or meat, they can have hard boiled eggs and microwave sausage. Certainly fresh fruit.
