The staff was pleasant and willing to help, but that’s about the extent of the good with my experience. The air conditioner didn’t work, so they gave me a fan instead. The WiFi didn’t work. We order room service, and the steak sandwich was sadly very bad. The room also needs better lighting, far too dark. It’s not a terrible stay if you want to be close to the airport, and closer to the Great Wall. But otherwise, not impressed.

This is an airport hotel so it is convenient if travelling specifically from terminal 3 international departures only. The breakfast is good. But the western food options at this hotel are awful if ordering room service. The quality of the meals is not what one would expect of an Hilton brand. Additionally the English level is not sufficient to make any changes to food orders if you expect them implemented.
