We had a fantastic time at the Hilton Wangfujing! It was my wife’s and my 20th anniversary. We mentioned it to them and one night they sent us up a cake and decorated the bed with two swans made out of towels and sprinkled rose petals on it. A very nice touch. We look forward to visiting again soon.

Hilton hotel WangFuJing is one of the best hotels we stayed at. We booked 2 rooms for a week-long stay. Staff were extremely helpful and kind. Front Desk manager was very thoughtful, although the central air conditioning was not fully operational, he made an effort to move us to higher floor in hopes of cooler air. Breakfast variety was average. Location was excellent, 2-3 mins walks to APM mall and situated in Wang Fu Jing pedestrian street with lots of delicious dining options. This hotel is ideal for families and would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient location within close walking distance from the APM mall (lots of eateries inside) and Wangfujing. Excellent customer service, no matter who you speak to or what time of day you make a request. The only minor downside is that the hotel rooms are a bit dated, and depending on where your room is, you can hear the noise from the street (mostly just people talking loudly from outside the mall or street).

Nice well situated hotel

The hotel is overall nice and close to shopping , major attractions and metro. The couple of drawbacks for me was the heat in the room ( 27 degrees), 25 degrees in the hallways. Not great for sleeping. The lack of a decent bar was also a drawback. It may be different in high season. Staff were very friendly and accommodated my late checkout request.

This hotel is located in a great area for any tourist to find great shopping and dining options. There's great access to public transportation. The staff was nice helpful and friendly. Would totally recommend or return if visiting Beijing.

Given the age of the hotel, there is some wear and tear in the rooms. But, the staffs were very nice and accommodating. They even brought an air cooler to our room since there is no air condition during winter. The best part of the hotel are the staffs, they were very helpful and friendly. I didn’t get everyones name but thank you Ivanka and team.
