Loved my Stay

This hotel is located perfectly to explore Beijing city and the top tourists sites. The subway is directly behind the hotel. The staff helped me arrange a taxi anytime, toir guides all met me in the lobby and they decorated my room for my birthday, which was so kind. Breakfast was amazing.

The hotel was pleasant and featured a well-sized bar, offering a comfortable space to unwind. However, the evening buffet restaurant was overpriced, and the buffet selection was disappointing, with half of the six or so dishes simply reheated from breakfast. On the other hand, the breakfast spread was much better, providing a far more satisfying start to the day.

Nice entrance and lobby. Lovely staff member checked us out early in the morning however, our arrival checkin was not great. No allowances for long flight and early arrival and when we asked for just a little earlier checkin, we were refused. Only hotel this has ever happened to me and I have travelled widely. Disappointing. Also, room was completely over heated and they said the system was broken. Very uncomfortable

Great stay! Great locatio

We opted to purchase a room upgrade at check-in and it was great value. We had a lovely suite overlooking the city on an upper floor. It was very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast, very convenient washing machines and dryers. The location of the hotel in Wangfujing is perfect for tourists.

Good location and service

Concierge helpful with reservations. Location is close to metro station. There is free washer and dryer onsite but lots of people using them at night so it can be a wait to use them.

Tired hotel. Air con not working, had to change rooms twice as booking info wrong and then no availability for the room we'd actually booked. Breakfast very average. Bar staff "off sick " so not able to have a drink one evening. Generally not great and wouldn't go back

Room was very hot. They said AC not working. But clearly was working in the hallways. Room was at 29-30 making it uncomfortable to sleep well. I would have been better off sleeping in the hallway. I informed the desk, and they said they would do something. They just brought a fan which just blowed around the warm air. They finally changed our room which was a little better but still warm.
