Great location
The location is perfect for shopping and dining. 1/2 a block away and there is a mall with food and shopping. 1 block away from Wangfujing pedestrian street. The apartment style living is comfortable and great for our family. My only complaint is that the bathrooms and sleeping area does not have a wall disturbing the other person on the room.

Great experience. The washing machine has a dry function which helps a lot with laundry.  I was expecting a hot tub with a jacuzzi, which in the UK hot tub is usually means jacuzzi.

We had good experience while staying in the hotel, from front desk lady Cassie Chen who changed room when we have concerns and helped to get extra blanket , to clean lady in our room, and service staff in breakfast room.
