I have nothing but great things to say about Zett Hotel, truly is a 5 star experience all around for a hotel in Lebanon. I visit lebanon every summer, and I will definitely be staying with Zett again in the future, very convenient parking underground garage with elevators straight to your room easy access, very friendly staff and amenities. Did not have any bad experiences at all compared to other hotels I have stayed with in lebanon that have been a nightmare in their own ways in the past. Very clean rooms, house keeping is very good at coming when you want them to, the views of the sea are amazing from the balcony especially in the executive suite with the sea view!

Great modern friendly hotel

We were a family of 5 from Australia and were very satisfied by the hotel standards. The hotel was very comfortable. We had the 2 bedroom suite. Was modern and spacious. Staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. Will stay again.

The staff was friendly, welcoming and prompt to our requests. Only issues, we had a broken chair in the room where when we sat down on it, unfortunately we fell which was not good. They did replaced it quickly when we addressed it. Lastly, the bathroom design is small for the shower section, it was hard to enter and exit.

Location is very good , nice view from the balcony. Bed room in the suite is very small , on the other hand , its terrible for 5 star hotel as they mentioned because no facilities like jim , restaurants , cafe shop , pool -------'etc . Moreover , the service veey slow .
