L’hôtel est très bien situé en face des fontaines du Bellagio et près du Caesars Palace. Les chambres sont grandes et confortables. La douche de la salle de bain est grande et il y a toujours eu de l’eau chaude. Il y a plusieurs ascenseurs. Les tapis du passage étaient vieillots. La piscine extérieure est grande et standard mais un peu loin des chambres.

Had been to Ft. Lauderdale and wanted to check for a decent none night stay in Miami and found this hotel Thro Expedia . Expedia rated this high and happy that we chose this place . Nice location. 5 mins off the beach . The beach is just walkable from this hotel. Very good service . The guy in lobby was very helpful . There was a donminos pizza next door , which was very useful for kids. Amenities were decent . They had an outdoor swimming pool . Slightly smaller .. there were 2-3 families swimming and it was almost full :) washer dryer worked but it was good .. elevator was small and sometimes slow . We didn’t find a gym. No complimentary breakfast.. parking was a bit wierd and cramped ! They charged per night which was slightly expensive . The rooms were awesome ! It was good sized for the price . Also had a kitchen.. though we didn’t use the kitchen , it is very good to have , just incase . Bed was comfortable .. bathrooms were neat . Price wise I think this room was very good and value for money . Wanted to give 3 , but just for the room and pricing , I’m giving it a 4 . Good experience overall .

Very peaceful and a nice staff with a nice restaurant. I felt very safe. Good location. Would stay again. Thank you all.

I’m honestly not someone who usually leaves negative reviews, but after our experience here, I felt I had to share this so future guests can make an informed decision when choosing a hotel. Unfortunately, our room was very disappointing and did not feel like the “luxury” room we were expecting. There was a large ice machine right next to our room that made an extremely loud noise every time someone used it or took ice. On top of that, the room service area was directly next to our room, and the staff would have loud conversations early in the morning. We could hear almost everything inside our room, which made it very difficult to sleep and relax. When we checked in, no one explained that we had a welcome drink included. We were simply given a receipt/paper, without any explanation of the benefits or amenities included with our stay. The biggest issue, however, was the lack of response from the staff. On our first night, we reported that the TV in our room was not working. We were told someone would come and fix it. We asked again two or three times during our three-night stay, and unfortunately, no one ever came to help or even properly follow up. Housekeeping was another major issue. We repeatedly requested that our room be cleaned and that our trash be taken out, but nothing was done. After asking approximately six times, our trash was finally removed on the night before we left.

I really enjoyed myself and gave me a home like environment and feeling they were very clean. Staff was willing to work with me when I had an issue with the people upstairs. Their water were leaking in my room. They took care of it right away that it expeditiously, they didn’t have me wait no time I really enjoyed the service and the amenities and the place.
