The stay was literally in the heart of San Juan! Everything is close by! You can literally walk to any restaurants and bar! They have their own parking lot as well! Definitely recommend the stay

It's ok to stay for short term I didn't see a pool and furniture in the room I had needed updating. Other than that its a cool place.

The home itself is absolutely stunning but the road to the villa is not just narrow, it's washed out in many places, we struggled to navigate the potholes even with a jeep and an SUV, I would not drive it at night. There are great amenities like the fridge and bathroom downstairs, the coffee / cocktail bar is fabulous.The kitchen was well-stocked with basic spices and supplies but it was crawling with roaches. Wifi is spotty so be sure to have the guidebook downloaded and screenshots of the phone number to call because the phone number posted throughout the villa is not functioning. Even in August the combination of ACs, fans, and breezes kept the temprature very comfortable. Excellent pool, though very little shallow area, if you're traveling with kids or weaker swimmers.

I like everything from this place I was raised on Rincon since I was 1 year old I came to the USA 30 years later my family lived on Rincon i recommend this place to anyone this was my first time there and when I go back to see my dad i will stay with you again I love your place I will go back thank you for the service

This property was beautiful, great beach, great pools. We paid for buffet for 2 days and they didn’t have the buffet on the second day. A/C was not good in the bungalow. Wife and I bother woke up sweaty and sticky every morning. Staff never gave us a true explanation of the property as they were suppose to. We never got the champagne welcome, didn’t get the slippers, refrigerator didn’t work,
