É a 3a. vez que hospedamos no hotel e desta vez achamos o café da manhã mais simples, o colchão da cama muito desconfortável, o ar-condicionado sem regulagem e encontramos uma barata grande no quanto quando chegamos. Vamos a Belém a cada 3 anos e gostamos da estrutura deste hotel, mas está faltando uma melhoria nos quantos.

Ao pesadelo ao adentrar no quarto:
O hotel da recepção pra fora é bem vistoso e bem localizado mas é só adentrar o quarto que começa o pesadelo: o quarto tinha odor de ‘ madeira velha’ que só foi melhorar quando liguei o ar-condicionado. O banheiro é amplo mas não tem voz de banheiro, o que tem é um chuveiro e você tem que tomar banho em pé dentro de uma banheiro enferrujada. As roupas de cama pareciam que tinham uns 50 anos de uso. A área da piscina é linda e bem instagramável e o restaurante tem uns pratos gostosos mas em pouca quantidade. No mais eu não me hospedaria novamente no hotel pelos motivos elencados.
O “box” é uma banheira que não funciona. Primeiro hotel que vi isso kkkkkkk

O hotel tem a estrutura antiga! Porém o atendimento, e a integração com a natureza é sensacional. Se vc procura luxo, não é o local, mas se vc quer ter algum contato com a natureza é o local certo.

Decepcionante. Hotel com avaliação de 9 que não se corresponde con a realidade. Elevador não funcionava o segundo dia a noite. A piscina lotada de pessoas que não estavam alojadas no hotel. O atendimento deixa muito que desejar. O único bom e o restaurante perto do rio
