A fairytale stay! The staff was incredible and kind, the property was stunning and the asado incredible. If you are going to Buenos Aires, this is a MUST stay location.

La peor experiencia que eh tenido en 16 años que tengo viajando, eh visitado 33 paise y jamas en mi vida había tenido una tan terrible y desagradable experiencia como esta . Primero el lugar está bien ubicado , pero llegue de Brasil en un vuelo al medio día y prácticamente les rogué que me guardaran las maletas , Ojo ni siquiera pedí habitación por que entendía que del check-in es la 3pm. NOOO solo quería que yo u mi familia ( 5 personas ) estábamos literal en la calle con las maletas. No hay mas que un chat de WhatsApp. Dios que batalla , literal estábamos en la calle como indigentes , les envie fotos de las condiciones y que va, Después de hora y media en la calle se dignaron a ayudar , pasè la vergüenza de mi vida , lo que nunca, fue horrible. Luego les pido de favor que me dejaran las maletas al irme 3 horas porque me retrasaron el vuelo de regreso a casa y la re4spuesta fue un GRAN NO. si usted esta leyendo esto ,porfavor NO use este lugar , aparte éramos 5 , y solo habían 4 toallas y nunca jamás fueron a chekiar y?o etc, y es que NO hay forma de comunicarse con nadie , solo msj vía WhatsApp y responden después que pasan horas, Jamas ni gratis me volvería a hospedar en un lugar con una administración tan funesta . A hospedagem foi ótima, apartamento novo, tens itens de cozinha, o prédio está muito bem localizado, fizemos muita coisa a pé, tem restaurantes, uma cafeteria bem famosa. Bairro muito seguro, o prédio é muito bonito, novo, tem academia, piscina, enfim, super recomendo!

This property was nearly halfprice booking on Expedia vs. directly with All/Accor and it does not participate in the price guarantee program. So a good opportunity to save booking through Expedia. The room had 2 issues which weren’t rectified when front desk was appraised: a malfunctioning light strip and the bedside clock was missing digits. For a luxury hotel, that was very disappointing. If those issues weren’t present the SLS is a good property overall and in a nice area of Puerto Madero. Sleep quality both nights was good, except for some tuners street racing both nights but there’s nothing the hotel can do about that.

Clean room and property. Helpful staff. Breakfast was just okay.

Great hotel in great location Only thing is that rooms are a little cold even with heating bc of concrete flooring. And hotel cleaning staff sound noisy in morning - probably because of the floors and no sound insulation. But great hotel and lovely team
