FIRST OF ALL, NO ELEVATOR FOR SECOND FLOOR. LIGHTS WERE OUT FOR 2 HOURS. I ASKED FOR SOME KIND OF CREDIT THEY WOULDN'T. TV WAS SO SMALL YOU NEEDED BINOCULARS, SO NOISY IN ROOM . IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO . YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!
All was well. Was actually nice to have a room where the AC kept the room cool.

Older property but seems rooms were remodeled. I only had two issues. One, there is no elevator to the second floor. I have bad knees. Second, the rooms are sold as non-smoking but my room clearly reeked of smoke. The smell was strong. I notified the front desk to inform and to make sure I wasn’t charged for smoking in the room. Otherwise, pleasant stay.
The carpet in our room was wet, shower had what looked like plaster work done but not finished, slippery. No water in the vending machines. The staff was nice enough, but i was told the $100 deposit on my chase card would be refunded back, as of tonight it has not. I paid the bill with my American express. I feel 6 days is ample time for the charge to be removed. Probably wont book again. My first time with a quality Inn, and probably the last.
This was a basic room. Unfortunately, at some point in the room’s life it was a smoking toom, so it stunk like stale cigarette smoke. The worst part about the stay however was no elevator. I asked for a first floor room since I’m traveling with my 80-year-old mom. They could not give me a first floor room. I wax stuck carrying my luggage and my mom’s up to the second floor and then back down the next day. I don’t understand how this hotel can operate and not be ADA compliant.
