Room was not serviced during our 2 night stay. Breakfast was chaotic - had to wait for half an hour and a lot of choices were unavailable. Vomit in a lift all day! Public toilets in a poor state.

We had a nice stay. However, we stayed 2 nights and no housekeeping was done. . We put our towels in the bathtub, not changed. We flagged it, the receptionist said it would be sorted but it wasn't when we came back at night. Tlots of items missing at breakfats. The Clayton Hotel Belfast is updated, clean and staff are very friendly. It’s a great location to the city Centre. We were able to walk to restaurants and cites.
