Everything was perfectly fine for my husband and I. But, if you need to have fun with Sauna, Bubble Bath, Gym and more you need to follow what in the reception they telling you on arrival that YOU NEED TO BOOK in advance because they are so busy down the area

Fairly standard hotel but room service was terrible. I had a chicken a rice dish which when it came looked like someone’s left over take away from the night before that had been microwaved. This was at 6pm so kitchen open. Prawn crackers were also like cardboard. Hotel ok but get a delivery for food.

Very clean, modern hotel

Comfortable beds. Internet access fine. Check in was easy. Breakfast good. Had few snacky bits in downstairs restaurant and it was perfect for what we wanted. Drinks are expensive- especially a glass of wine. Pool is ok - not amazing. Kids loved the hotel experience.

Incredibly welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Some notable staff members were Ryan and Sam on reception, Annie at breakfast and all of the staff at the Riverside, who each made our stay special. We will be returning to Belfast and staying here again!

This property is very dated and in desperate need of an upgrade. Low hallways that are purple! This is not the quality we expect from Crown Plaza.

The room was spotless the bed and pillows were terrible awful night sleep bathroom was stunning but was disable amenities and as a non disabled person sinks were two low. No disrespect but just for the price i paided for the room was uncomfortable and inconvenient the food was poor in the bar no taste the hotels staff are wonderful and very welcome and make you feel looked after truely wonderful people. Just a very pricey hotel with bad beds and poor food for the price

Great hotel

The hotel is beautiful. Sofa bed room was spacious and clean also had great air con which is becoming a must on these humid nights. Bed very comfortable. Pool and gym are great to have too.

The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very well presented, which made for a comfortable and relaxing experience. The dining area offered a great selection of food, and the quality was excellent, we especially enjoyed the meals. Restaurant staff were equally friendly and attentive, although the dining space itself was quite cold due to the air conditioning. The leisure facilities were a bit of a mixed experience. The pool area was extremely busy, which made it feel crowded at times. Unfortunately, the steam room was not operational during our visit, which was disappointing. However, the sauna was in good working order, though it was quite full as well, a testament to how popular the facilities are. Overall, a very busy environment but with great service, food, and comfortable accommodation.
