Shower drain was very slow to drain and made shower experience unpleasant. Turndown service was very sloppy. I spent ages searching for a clothing item, only to realize, much later, that the bed had been made on top of it. Not ideal for the amount I spent on this room

Perfect hotel for what we needed and wanted

Great hotel, friendly helpful staff with clean rooms. Breakfast was great too. Hotel is a bit further away from the main bar/restaurant area of Belfast than others however 5-10 minute walk so cant complain we knew about this as weve stayed here before and will do again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy and the room was very quiet. The location was convenient, very close to the train station and city centre. The only (slight) downside was the size of the room.

Breakfast was too busy Hand soap close to breakfast area was not replenished in 2 days and toilets were not cleaned either - same marks on toilet Parking is not included and is £14 a day right next to hotel We were given accessible room which was not great at all

Great for a nights stay in Belfast - walkable to everywhere we wanted to go. They aren’t lying when they say breakfast can be very very busy with queues, many of the dishes ran out, but were replaced fairly quickly!
