The hotel was in the middle of a road construction project and I would check to make sure that was completed before staying there again - it was very inconvenient. Front desk staff were great but dining staff could not keep up.

I came back with a friend at 1 am. I had to tap my card on the door to get in, which is a great security measure that I was happy to see. Once I did, two employees asked me what my room was. I thought it was strange but I told them. They looked up the room on some documents they had and they asked me my name. Also a little too much, but I told them. Ok, let me go now, right? I've confirmed THREE DIFFERENT TIMES that I'm the guy paying for the room. He then stopped me and told me "your room is for one" and I said "yes?" He said my friend couldn't come up because the room was for one person. I said "Are you kidding me?" and he remained steadfast that no one else could come up. After much discussion, he said he'd ask the manager if he'd grant me permission to have my friend come up. About 5 mins later he came back and said "good news!" and let my friend come with me. I felt like I was a high school student in a Christian boarding school. I'm a fully grown adult with a fully grown adult friend paying a fully grown adult fare for a hotel, why did ANY of this happen?!?!

The city centre was walking distance with wonderful sites. The restaurant served a nice breakfast. The beds were comfy and pillows. The overall facilities were good. The hairdryer didn’t work at all, though and can’t be changed so didn’t say.

Building work outside

Floor 7 members area. Requested quiet room but given room overlooking building works which start 7am. Can hear vehicles outside from 7th floor, window poorly insulated. Large room with king bed, large walk in shower with waterfall head.

We really enjoyed staying here. Very convenient for walking. We didn't bring a car. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had dinner twice and the food is good and lots of options. Room was very clean and had everything we needed.

Great Location

We had a 2 night stay in Belfast and found this hotel to be great. Clean, comfortable, good service and close to a hop on hop off stop. Also easy access to the motorway.
