Great location, lovely room, convenient with a car park not too far from the city centre. Would have been helpful to know the road was being closed on Sunday morning for a marathon, but thankfully the closure didn't cause us too much trouble. Great breakfast!

The hotel and staff were fantastic. However, I had requested a low room via Expedia but the hotel never got the message. It would be helpful if you could check your communication links between the customer and the hotel. The hotel was lovely and staff were great. I recommend speaking to them before venturing out if you're new to the area. For me, it was a bit further out than I realised. You can walk to the city centre in around 20 mins but some of the surrounding streets are not as nice. Great location for the Botanic Gardens.
