Great location from which to explore Belfast. Walk everywhere, including public transit. 24 hr food service was really helpful.

The stuff were excellent very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were very clean and in good condition. The breakfast was good. The location was close to the sightseeing pick up point on Donegall square. Above 8 minutes walk. The walk to the train and bus station was only about 10 minutes.

Very pleasant stay

Easy location to the centre, very easy check in, room ready early. Room clean and comfortable. Bed comfy. They do very reasonable pizzas too!

Located in a very noisy rather run down area. Breakfast was surprisingly good and staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms although deemed to be trendy lacked any charm at all and were far too dark lighting wise and decor. Excellent powerful shower.

My only complaint was about the outside tables.As a smoker u need to go outside to the front door or outside tables.Unfortunately the hotel seems to let the local homeless people sit at these tables and do nothing about moving them on.They pester you for cigarettes and money which is very off putting.Im not sure how uncomfortable it would make line females feel being out there

Excellent location for most things you'd want to do in Belfast. Hotel is just a few minutes walk to huge Castle Court shopping, the two oldest pubs in Belfast and numerous small stores and restaurants. St. George's Market is a 20 minute walk, Titanic about 40. Train station is a 10 minute walk. Cabs are easy to get if you prefer. The hotel is clean and quiet, with a bar and small restaurant on the ground floor. Staff is efficient, friendly and helpful. Would easily stay here again.

The night of check-in was amazing, one of the best we had. The gentleman who checked us in was kind, warm and approachable. He walked us to the nearby car park and was very kind. The room was comfortable, quiet and clwan. I’d stay there again!

Great Hotel

Great central location to Falls Rd and city. Really lovely hotel and staff.looked after my luggage after check out. Good food options but didn’t enjoy the food. I would definitely stay again for the location and it’s spotlessly clean.
