Love this hotel. Have stayed here many times. Was meeting friends I hadn't seen in a long time and thought this was the place to book.
A little bit disappointed with our room...very small and cramped for 3 people.
Had promoted the hotel so much...felt a little bit let down
But we still had a fabulous time.. everything else fantastic
We were able to walk everywhere in Dublin, this hotel is in a good spot. The overall stay was fine, we only spent a night. But the room was very hot and the fan didn't really help all that much. Staff was very friendly and the breakfast seemed good although we didn't eat.
The property is lovely and conveniently located. Check in was a breeze. The staff is outstanding, specifically James at the front desk! He went the extra mile and was so very helpful in lining up a black cab tour for us before we arrived.

I had booked a superior double double room and we were given a standard single double - when I asked about the discrepancy they offered discount for dining - also bathroom towel had a huge brown stain on it! I did tell housekeeping but it was there our whole stay! In the bathroom hotels once upon a time put a new toilet paper on the roller plus at least 1 extra but this had less than half of the previous clients usage on the roller and 1 new one on the side holder! I don’t think I would stay here again
Hotel was great, breakfast was very nice. They did not seem to have any ice anywhere. Coffee area was closed in the morning so we couldn’t redeem our complimentary coffee. Area was perfect for exploring by walking.
