Great city centre hotel

The hotel is within walking distance of the train and buses and lots of cafes, restaurants and shops. The room was clean but the pillows were very hard and couch uncomfortable. There was a strong smell of cleaning fluid especially in the lobby which was unpleasant. The breakfast was lovely and the staff friendly.

Well located but dirty feeling room

For a 4 star hotel, was pretty disappointing regarding room itself. Stained carpets in the room, cracked tiles in the shower, black spots (not sure whether mold or something else) in the bathroom. Felt gross walking around room without shoes on. Staff was nice during check in and hotel location is walkable to many of the city sights.

i had booked an executive room - no drinks in the fridge, just 2 chocolate bars. yet it had stated on my booking that 2 soft drinks were also to be provided. we couldn't get the air con working to upp the temperature in the room so room was cold. No bottled water in room - we don't drink tea or coffee so this was very disappointing.

Great place to stay in Belfast!

The staff was very accommodating, let us check in early. This is a great location, central Belfast, with parking only a block away, and a lovely bar and restaurant.

Good choice in Belfast

The location is excellent, conveniently close to the Dublin Express bus stop. The service is great, and we appreciated the daily offering of two cups of coffee. The room door was a bit tricky to open, which made us think there might be an issue with the key card, but it wasn’t a major problem. Also, the TV only had BBC radio channels available. Overall, it’s a fantastic hotel in Belfast!
