Great stay, very good dining options nearby. Room was ready even though we were very early. The one feedback I have is more for the Expedia description, where it mentioned the hotel had laundry (which was also a reason why we chose this one specifically for the night), but when we got to the hotel the laundry service was one done by the hotel, not a self-laundry service, with a specific drop off time early morning for the laundry to be ready by the evening. Small recommendation to update the description to specify this.

Stayed for two nights, and found it to be an excellent stay. Staff were all very friendly and helpful, and had no issues with the rooms. Clean and comfortable. Nicely positioned on the edge of cathedral quarter, you are no more than a 5 minute walk towards an array of bars and restaurants.

The facility was average. The service is slow. There is no A/C and the rooms get very hot. The mattresses were extremely soft, perhaps extremely worn out. The rooms are very small. The is no water station. No parking or validation for parking.

Very handy for central Belfast. Parking nearby was good 2 out of 3 nights. The other night we had to use expensive parking. Incredibly helpful staff, they really went the extra mile. One negative, the bar was very popular and sometimes the wait to be served was a bit long.

The receptionist on my arrival was extremely helpful and friendly. Due to flight cancellations I had arrived after the kitchens had closed but she arranged some food and a drink for me. I'm unaware of her name but she deserves special credit. Also when booking out she was on duty again and so friendly. I booked on 23 September evening and out on 26 September so I hope she's recognised for her worth.

We were asked if we preferred what floor we wanted, said as high as possible. Got a 3rd floor room at the rear with a view of a multistorey carpark. When a questioned reception, very abrupt & said no other room available. As we were staying over 5 nights we were told the room would be servied every other day, which is fine but when we picked up teabags, sugar etc we were looked at as if we were stealing from them, one of the male receptionists physically pulled the trolley closer to him. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant food excellent both for breakfast and dinner. We were however, disappointed with the housekeeping, which we only asked for once in four nights, but the room wasn't cleared of rubbish, a dirty sheet or dirty crockery. It was extremely noisy one night until 0200 from a nearby club. We also felt there could be some drawers in the room for storage of clothes, OK for one/two nights but not more as ended up living out of our case.

The property was easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. It was a lovely clean hotel with excellent staff who would go above and beyond to help with any problems or queries.
