First room was ground floor with window towards a walkable area so as a solo traveler I requested an upper floor. Space was great but window was small and covered so not much light. Kitchen was great, comfy bed, TV was movable and shower was good. Great location, nice cafe attached and excellent staff.

Great room.

This is really like an apartment, the lobby is non existent but the room was great! It is hard to find and there is no where to “drive in” … look for Amelia Hall Restaurant and it is next to and above it.

Front desk staff was great. Loved the takeaway window for coffees and baked goods in the morning. EVERYTHING is walkable from The Flint. Kitchenettes were very helpful. I would 100% recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Belfast.

Great location, great customer service

A pleasant stay in the heart of Belfast for a nearby concert. With 40,000 people descending on Belfast for this concert, getting a taxi was set to be a challenge, but Ciara on reception managed to sort one for me and was incredibly helpful. The hotel is clear and functional and a stones throw from Grand Central Station and a short walk to all of the main attractions in the center. Would stay again

Great location, modern facilities

Pros- great location, great restaurant (Amelia Hall), comfortable bed, sofa and kitchenette, modern decor throughout, easy check in process. Cons- curtains didn't go all the way across so let in light in the morning. Room wasn't soundproof so lots of street noise plus internal corridor noise. Budget toilettries in the bathroom - would expect something more luxe given the room rate. All in all was good for a weekend stay.

Very cozy hotel. Friendly staff. Only complaint is that hotel access is mid-block, set back from the street with poor signage. Not obvious as hotel is above a restaurant too so was hard to find initially. Also note, I read the description that parking at a neat car park was validated which I might have misinterpreted when reading, however, parking is only discounted by 5 pounds.

Absolutely wonderful!

The hotel and staff are GREAT! I would recommend parking in the garage down the street and bringing your luggage first before checking in as there appeared to be no ‘unloading’ area (only complaint). The staff was sooo friendly and helpful. The hotel is in the heart of the city center and, with the windows closed, you can not hear any street noise. Make sure to ask them to validate your parking, it saved us about £12.

I originally picked this hotel based on its proximity to the central train station, which was only a 7-minute walk away. I was not expecting a kitchenette! This hotel will likely be my favourite during my three-week vacation. I wished I had stayed more than two nights! When I come back to Belfast, this is the hotel I will book again! I already raved about it to my friends and family!
