The bartenders, female servers, and hotel staff were excellent. The male servers were extremely slow, didnt clean dishes for the whole meal, and hardly ever came back.

Nicest hotel in Belfast

Another trip to this beautiful hotel, spotless rooms and each one full of character. It’s more than a hotel, it’s Titanic and history and luxury all in one! I was celebrating retirement and a lovely decorated tray of chocolate strawberries left on arrival!

I am sure it would have been great to stay at the hotel. We had a reservation and when we arrived at about 7:30pm we were informed that the room had water damage and we needed to go to a different hotel! They paid for taxi, gave us a glass of wine and parking.What a huge disappointment!!!! The " new" hotel was downtown, noisy and considerably less expensive, very basic.What a hassle, and let down! Didn't even get an email to let me know! How unprofessional! Somehow my room got flooded when the whole tour group and a wedding were able to get a room....makes you wander. Think twice booking the place if you are not with a larger group!

What a fantastic hotel all round, the staff are really helpful and food in the wolf Hall restaurant was amazing and the rooms are spacious and clean I would definitely stay there again.

The absolute most softest roll-away bed I have ever experienced. I wish I could have brought it home with me. The manager mentioned they had just purchased new mattresses.

Was last hotel staff before flying back to the USA, beautiful interior, staff professional and comfortable to visit with. Staff accommodation was excellent. Shower was amazing, bathroom felt luxurious!
