We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. The location is excellent, on a pedestrian street parallel to Knize Michail Street, 2 with shops and cafes, which leads to the park and Kalmagedan Castle. The hotel is adjacent to the National Museum of Serbia. The hotel design is modern, clean (except for the towel drying rack, which was dirty), rooms are cleaned daily. Breakfast is reasonable, the selection hardly changes from day to day (which is the case in most hotels). The staff is very generous, they took care of all the requests and questions we had. Cons: The mini bar did not cool at all and we did not receive a response to this issue. Other than that, everything is excellent.

It is a great hotel. Great location - the museum, the theater are next door. They give you free tickets to the National museum. Staff is very nice. Problems: 1. You could not come with a car to the hotel and nothing can be done with it. 2. There are renovation in the neighboring area. 3. They need to have more people working during breakfast. But the breakfast is very good.

The hotel is clean, located in a great area, quiet and easily accessible. There was an issue that arose that was not the fault of the property, but the General Manager Ivan--who is a real professional---handled it smoothly and showed genuine concern for the quality of experience that I had. A Lovely hotel right in the heart of the city. The location is perfect as it’s close to all the main sights and near lots of restaurants and shops. The hotel is stylish and elegant with comfortable rooms, a nice bar area and a good restaurant. The breakfast buffet is nice, and the hotel also offers complimentary snacks around lunchtime (which I didn’t manage to try). The hotel is right behind the National Museum, and provides a complimentary ticket to the museum, which is a nice little extra - and it’s well worth using, as the Museum is excellent. What made my stay special was the hotel’s staff - they were all friendly, helpful and I felt that they genuinely wanted me to enjoy my stay in the hotel and the city. I loved the city and loved the hotel!
