To start with the location, the hotel is in a good location close to the public square and several touristic attractions. Several tram/bus station are at 5 min walking from the hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have asked for touristic guidance and they were so kind to answer all my questions. The terasse of the hotel has a nice view. When it comes to the breakfast it is considered average. Rooms are clean and averagely furnished. It is fair for what is paid for.

This place is great!
Stayed here twice now. Basic hotel, staff are friendly and always willing to help out. Great location, been here winter 2016 now summer 2017 both times it has been awesome.

Hotel staff friendly & clean looking rooms. to get up to the hotel you have to get in a old lift to the third floor or use the stairwell that isn't nice, the lighting in the hallway is awful.

Situated in center near Tesla Museum and Tasmajdan park. Good but the sheet was a little bit dirty and washing facilities (one of them) was broken. Express check-in and check-out was nice.

Smelly bathroom, very complicated parking.
Stayed in Belgrade downtown, looking for something affordable, I found this hotel and it was somewhat ok. Unfortunately the restroom is a mini micro room that it's even hard to wash your hands, the space is so confined that it's almost impossible to shave or brush your teeth in front of the mirror, you simply don't fit, and the smell of the restroom is unbearable, I normally stay 2 days in each hotel and then get more nights, but I had to leave this one, the smell was just terrible. The parking, you need to call the hotel to reserve your parking spot, if not, then good luck finding a place to park in Belgrade, and if you don't know, you have to pay your parking box via SMS, so it's kinda complicated when you don't speak or read the language. The area is great, because it's just blocks away from everything, but I will not stay here again.

Nice stay!
I had a nice stay! The entrance and stairs are a bit of a shock at first, as they are unfinished and shared by other businesses. The room and hotel, though, are comfortable and warm. I'd read a few reviews about the bathroom smelling, but I'm wondering if this is a Belgrade thing, as I was in bathrooms throughout the city that smelled a bit swampy. My room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was perfect. I loved the breakfast!! A very hardworking, sweet staff member keeps the breakfast buffet running smoothly, and she really does a great job. The staff in general was very friendly and helpful.

Room was super small, stuffy, really dusty was constantly sneazing and the bathroom is very out of date our shower head wouldnt even stay on the wall. The reception girls were all the time siting at a table smoking and talking amongst themselves when I asked a question they looked at me as if Im interupting there conversation only one girl was nice and helpful. Be careful as some of the booking sites advertise as 3 1/2 star or 4 star but is definitely only just a 3 star.also the room service they advertise is a small mini bar in room which ours didnt work was hot.

Hotel with perfect location in downtown of Belgrad
Overall it was o.k., but the photos on their internet site were a bit misleading. Breakfast was super, the stuff was o.k. and the location is perfect. There is a very nice restaurant nearby!

Superb staff ok hotel
First impressions from outside are not positive but the reception staff at the hotel made our stay a memorable one. Incredibly friendly and helpful they helped organise a personalized trip and readily gave advice. Breakfast was good value. The rooms were slightly disappointing. My bathroom was very small and out of three rooms I was the only one to have a safe and one of the other rooms didn't have a refrigerator. All rooms had an odor of damp. Location for major sites was excellent, brilliant cocktail bar next door!

Good location and price but really dirty room
Picked the hotel because of the good price. The floors (wall-to-wall carpet) did not seem to have been vacuumed. In the drawer we found food one of the former guests left. The bathroom smelled bad. The staff was helpful, but their english-skills were inadequate. Breakfast was mediocre but ok for the price.

Unique experience: highly recommended
This is an extraordinary property with excellent and imaginative design: it could not be further from a standard hotel chain with its impersonality. The rooms were comfortable and the breakfast excellent. Staff were very helpful and friendly, willing to go the extra mile, as they say in the motivational brochures. Parking is a problem for those with a car, but they did manage to sort a space for us. Location is somewhat distant from the centre of town, but the area had its own everyday attractions. Excellent value for money.

Our bathroom smelled like an open sewer, the staff said this was something to do with work being done on the street? One of the "clean" drinking glasses had been used as an ash tray and had ash in it even though it was wrapped in plastic. The girls working at the hotel were attractive and friendly. The decor was reminiscent of a strip club, they had cable TV with lots of English language channels, and after midnight there was a channel with hard core porn. The breakfast was also good.

Close to Slavija square where the A1 bus goes to from the airport; good variety of breakfast stuff; beside a big park and walking distance (15-20 mins) to the old city centre. I was there for a conference and never had time to use the pool

This is a nice hotel with very friendly personnel and good service. The location is excellent, 7 minutes walk from the Tesla museum and 15 minutes walk from the main historical centre of Belgrade.

Location yes. The rest no.
The location is perfect, exactly in the centre of the city. The breakfast was pretty good,but the coffee awful. The room wasn't so clean and the towels were seemed so many times used. Also,the bath's fan wasn't working so,the room was smelling a little. The crew was helpful.
