New, clean but very basic room and bad breakfast

The room was clean but it was sterile with no curtains or other details to make the room feel nice and cozy. To our surprise there was nothing at all in the kitchen. Not even a coffee maker. There were two disposable plastic cups wrapped in plastic. nothing else. Other reviews says that you can pick things up in the reception, but there was no one there all evening (we did not try to call so that is on us). When we came back from dinner the elevator did not work (no one in the reception to tell). The breakfast was a grab and go breakfast. There were eggs in plastic, small yogurts, sweet muffins in plastics and some bars. For 310 US$ for one night we would have expected more from the hotel room and definitely from the breakfast. At least it was close to the airport.

Super convenient to the airport

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff was super friendly. Our room was in good shape and clean. Breakfast was rather limited in choices (some granola bars, yogurt cups, hard boiled eggs, instant oatmeal packets, and a few other items but nothing hot) but adequate to get going. Coffee is only available during breakfast hours. Bonus was the great sunset views from our room.

Nothing in kitchen. No dishes no silverware no coffee maker. Desk told us we had to come down and get big tub of these things ourselves. No creamer or sugar available?! And attitude.

The room had a weird smell. We were in the first floor and there were a lot of noise from 2 nd floor. The only good thing about the hotel is it’s close to the airport but very pricy

Very close to the airport was a big plus. Clean and new. Walls are a bit thin, so keep the fan running to block everyones noises. Nothing nearby to walk to, but there is food a short drive away.

Hotel was nice and clean and room size was good. Hated the bed though as it made creaking noise every time I turned. It was a metal frame bed and it needs WD40 really badly. Couldn’t sleep with all the noise it was making and the mattress was very soft and bouncy so gave me a neck and backache. It would be a great hotel if they can change the beds and replace with firm mattresses.

The property was clean and conveniently located. Unfortunately, it was very noisy. The thin walls made it hard to insulate sound from the neighbouring room where loud music was being played. At the same time the AC was so loud that it was very hard to sleep. Despite calling the front desk twice the noise from the neighbouring room only subsided after midnight.

feedback for my stay int eh hotel. Complementary Grab and go breakfast was available only till 7:30 AM instead of what the hotel staff mentioned that it would be available between 6 to 9 AM. We were informed incorrectly that breakfast is limited and its first come first serve basis. Instead after asking hotel staff we have been told they do not have arrangement to refill the breakfast which is incorrect as per hotel policy. Hotel should be reimbursing and should not be mentioning that any option of breakfast if its not available.
