I reserved a king size bed but got a double. Not comfortable for two people. We had a room on the first floor in the oyer corridor. We could hear the traffic and people speaking all-night long.

There shuttle costs are crazy for what any other hotel charges. They leave you there then call you a taxi if any airline employees are traving to airport. They get shuttle to them self private.

Room was in bad shape. Towel rack and toilet paper holders broken. Wi-Fi and phone didn’t work. Hot water was also out. Service at the restaurants was friendly but slow and incompetent. Had to ask multiple times for a high chair, water refills, etc. Food was average. Pool area was nice but they ran out of towels and no one came to check or refill the towel station.

There is a BED BUG problem ! The only reason we noticed was because we woke up with a bunch of bites. We saw one crawling on the bed and that’s when we knew. We took pictures of the bed bug and we let the front desk know. Unfortunately they didn’t seem to put much mind to it. They said send us the picture on what’s app and we did but they still have yet to open the message. They did give us a new room but that is how bed bugs spread. Now we are afraid that we will bring them home. It’s just unfortunate that the hotel didn’t really care.

I liked the fact that transportation was easily arranged by the front desk, who would book a shuttle whenever we wanted to go into town. The drivers were very nice and the front desk staff was extremely helpful. The rooms were very spacious and clean, and I enjoyed the Jaguar Bar and Biltmore Cafe.
