Nice Place, needs fumigation.
Our room had bed bugs. We didn't realize until the next morning after all the bites we had. The hotel has nice staff and a good location that is close to the airport and downtown Belize City. It just needs to be fumigated!

Got to hotel early. They told us they would get us to a room as soon as it was available and stored our luggage. Checked again on room 2 hours later still waiting for a room to get ready. Went on a tour arriving back at hotel 2 hours later to be told the over booked. We had already paid for our room! And they booked us into another hotel that we know nothing about. We spent 7 hours waiting for a room.

We liked that it was newly renovated, the beds were comfortable and the staff was very and accommodating. The local bus was right outside the hotel. The dining room service was excellent, but the food was a little pricey and be more flavorful like Belize. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend the hotel highly.
