Got to hotel early. They told us they would get us to a room as soon as it was available and stored our luggage. Checked again on room 2 hours later still waiting for a room to get ready. Went on a tour arriving back at hotel 2 hours later to be told the over booked. We had already paid for our room! And they booked us into another hotel that we know nothing about. We spent 7 hours waiting for a room.

We liked that it was newly renovated, the beds were comfortable and the staff was very and accommodating. The local bus was right outside the hotel. The dining room service was excellent, but the food was a little pricey and be more flavorful like Belize. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend the hotel highly.

First trip to Belize, so I can’t make a relative comparison, but the hotel was good, clean, the restaurant was good, but at $190 I can’t say it’s a value. Also the 15 minute shuttle ride which is a direct run to the airport was a bit steep at $25USD.

Nice stay. Good food. Friendly staff.
Check in was good. The a/c in our room didn't work and unfortunately they didn't have a comparable room with the same view. We requested complimentary breakfast and BW honored the request! The hotel shuttle to or from the airport is $25 USD, transportation to the Belize Water Taxi terminal is $10 USD. We enjoyed breakfast & dinner and would definitely stay again. The premier rooms are nice so hopefully we can get one with a pool view next time!
