Fantastic Value!

I don’t know why this hotel has such low ratings. It’s not the newest and best, but it is certainly a great value. The views are fabulous. The pool is extremely nice. The staff efficient and friendly. Located in the middle of everything you need in Belize city. The value is unsurpassed.

It was fun to stay while in Belize. The pool needed cleaning, and our room air could have been cooler, but the place was staffed with warm and kind staff. I would stay again while in Belize.

Nice shallow pool, exceptional front desk assistance. Location is convenient to the ocean, restaurants and some shops. But, besides the great coffee, the breakfast buffet needs work. French toast soggy, scrambled eggs watery. All in all I do plan to book another night here in the near future but we'd have to find another place for breakfast.

The property is extremely random and has a terrible older as soon as you walk in. Is it language throughout the entire property. The grounds are unkept the building is very old and almost looks like it's unsafe. The staff is very nice and accommodate when possible. I will never stay there again.

Rooms were a little outdated, there was hair in the fridge, hair wrapped in one of the towels, and the chair looked like it had food on it. Could have possibly been wiped off. Also when we checked in they didn’t tell us about maintenance they were doing in the building that would affect the electricity. Until we got up to the room then there was a nite left on one of the beds. But it wasn’t just the electricity that was affected but the water also which they didn’t mention. AC worked so that was good. Location wasn’t to bad. Definitely a walkable city. Wasn’t a perfect place to stay but not the worst. I’d stay again. Lots of food and markets in walking distance.
