The only complaint we had with our room and stay was the height of the bed. There was no box spring and the bed was too low for our liking. Other than that we loved the place!

The Spillway did not disappoint. We only wish we hadnā€™t stayed longer. The units are brand new and in great condition. Nice kitchenette and breakfast bar makes it easy to enjoy food in but there are a few good options just a couple blocks away, but with a sauna, hot tub, bikes, kayaks all available on the property, you can also make a case for not leaving. We had a great time here. As a bonus the upper level (1BR) units have a common outdoor connection that is like a private backyard that is clutch for anyone traveling with kiddos or pups.

THIS PLACE IS SUCH A GEM! There are a bunch of facilities including a hottub, sauna, cold plunge, mini golf, kayaking, biking, and corn hole. HOWEVER! It'll be hard leaving your fully stocked, temperature controlled, luxury room that had everything I couldve ever dreamed! From a stocked kitchen with a full fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, and microwave to a flatscreen tv and a rain shower NOT TO MENTION the beautiful rooftop padio!!! Its the best place I've ever stayed, the sheriff's office is literally at the front gate so safety was never a concern, and the staff are extremely sweet and helpful! I COULDNT BE HAPPIER and have every intention to return!
OH! And the kitchen has pans, pots, baking trays, muffin tins, cutlery, spoons, LITERALLY YOU NAME IT! There's even a hand mixer!!
THIS is how you control the temp! SO AWESOME!! Worked like a CHARM!

What a great place to stay for our visit to Torch Lake! Spillway Lodges thought of everything down to a lighter for the fire pit and even a noise machine in the rooms. The rooms were clean, very well appointed and the property even had corn hole boards and a putting green. Would 100% stay here again.

This property was just as pictured and mire! The ability to walk into town for delicious food and a nice coffee shop was a highlight. Some of our favorite things were the sauna and hot tub. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back šŸ˜Š

An Adult Play Land.

Spillway has everything!! Secure contactless entry, beautiful and comfortable rooms. Amenities are numerous: large walk in shower, full kitchen. Full deck share with 4 units, outside chairs and fire pit, use of free kayaks and bikes. A putting green and a bago game set up. Fitness center. This and a brief walk to town. The owners are a delight and very accommodating. A perfect vacation ā¤ļø Bellaire has fabulous restaurants and is 20 mins to Torch Lake. 30 mins to the Jordan River for tubing or kayaking.

We are both 70+ and had the stairs to climb. It was the only disappointment. We knew that was the case however next time we have to be downstairs. Loved the location and amenities.
