We were promised a ground floor room on the second night and there were none available. We had to go back to the second floor where we were the first night. Glad they are renovating and updating the musty old rooms.

Facilities could use updating. Area outside generally untidy and not well maintained. Had to switch from the first room as the toilet was constantly running. The second room seemed ok but that toilet also failed to flush properly after 2 uses. Bed was comfortable

Property is located behind a strip mall and next to a night club. Hotel is currently under renovations so lots of shipping containers on site, old furniture that was pulled out of rooms was sitting on the curb. Condition of hotel itself is a touch rough, almost every room door which is painted white is quiet dirty, our room was clean but bathroom looks like it had a quick Reno, tub liner put in but old mildew and some mold stains were present on tiles, ceilings. We were on the second floor, could see water stains on the ceiling of our room. If hotels weren't so expensive these days I would have book somewhere else. Not sure a one night visit was worth the $200+ we paid, at least the room was clean and breakfast was good including the coffee.

The first room they assigned me didn’t have any heat because the wall unit didn’t work properly, mini fridge was warm inside and the caulking around the tub was mouldy and peeling off . The carpet was well worn.The second room they gave me was much better. The hotel appears to be going through a renovation but not sure which units are finished yet. The hall way side of the room doors are painted white recently but sloppy painting is evident. I hope it just primer before the final painting. Staff are friendly and very helpful with concerns. Breakfast was meh. I have never seen brown beans served for a breakfast in any hotel …. Limited selection of options. Good for one night stay.

Carpets we’re disgusting smelled like dirty feet throughout the entire hotel. Bathroom walls and door was filthy, hand prints and dirt all over. Other individuals staying on the first floor were allowed to drink and host a tailgate party in the parking lot right below our rooms until the wee hours of the morning. Cleaning staff were all arguing in the lobby and rooms were not ready on time
