Great check in experience - had sent a message to property through Expedia reservation and needed a cot. Hotel staff had not received message, but very quickly were able to get a cot to our room and offered to help arrange furniture due to tight fit. Also very kid friendly service - free freezies for kids with token during stay.

Great spot for exploring the area or even as a stopping point on a long trip. About 45 mins from Sandbanks beaches. Great breakfast, friendly staff, and a suite that separates the two sleeping areas (good for families with kids).
