Over-looking the harbour was very nice. Parking was not fun. Very small car entrance area. Couldn’t find the reception area until we met another customer and figured out the location. A sign would definitely be helpful. The signs that were visible prompted customers to conserve water towels etc. I wouldn’t recommend a second stay

Some fixtures need to be updated, but the building's location, with its view from the end of Picton harbour, is perfect and makes us want to return. Staff are courteous and attentive to guest's needs.

Parking right outside our door and views lovely. Dirty in bathroom, rim in tub dirty and light up on wall chrome dirty. Also shower curtain ripped at bottom but overall fine and we would go again!

Location was great. The restaurant provided an excellent breakfast. Overall value was good. The rooms were good but there were tiny ants in the bathroom and the tub needed a more thorough cleaning.
