Very friendly staff, hotel is outdated but hey you pay for what you get and if you want to be close to sandbanks, it’s super ideal. Lacks soundproofing, you can hear absolutely everything, even others using the bathroom.

Probably the worst hotel stay in a long time. We left a day early to check into a nicer and safer hotel. This is the type of hotel where the front desk needs to see the original credit card used for the Expedia reservation and does not want to accept a different card for incidentals BECAUSE TOO MANY PROSTITUTES DO THIS FOR ROOMS PAID FOR BY THEIR JOHNS. If that is not enough to be a deal breaker, the property is old and the rooms are in disrepair with peeling opd wallparer, cracks in the walls and dirty bathroom fixtures. The clientale staying here (even the non-proatitutes) are loud and noisy, and many rooms are taken up by social services arranging supervised visitation for parents who have lost custody of their children. The "dog park" nearby happens to where the local homeless drug users hang out. Belleville is a rough town, the epicenter of the opioid/meth crisis in Ontatio. This hotel is located in the center of the epicenter. Avoid at all cost.

Our hotel room wasn’t properly housekept. There were used toiletries and linens in the bathroom. The handle on the bedside table fell right off when we tried to open it. We asked for additional linens at 8p and had to go back down and ask again around 10p. The front desk was very helpful and pleasant but we were supposed to get a call from management yesterday but no one called.

There were teams of kids screaming up and down the halls and playing hockey outside my door from my arrival until late at night. Also yelling in stairwells.I begged front desk 3 times to talk to the parents and come help - nothing happened. I got NO sleep and froze…no heat in room. When I arrived a tiny electric heater was plugged in. Screen door is bent and won’t close. It’s filthy and poorly kept here. Toilet barely flushes. Have never had a worse stay at a hotel anywhere. Shame on Wyndham/Ramada for allowing this place to operate and take customers’ money.

Room was noisy, we were told there was nowhere to move as the hotel was fully booked, balcony door was broken (would not lock) and toilet was not fully functional, long line for check in and no answer from front desk when calling from room. Will not return.

The hotel is extremely old. Needs a revamp. Smells moldy, the sheets had old skin smell, the carpet smells. Located beside a train station that passed by about 5 times the entire night we were staying. Extremely loud. We didn’t had a good sleep at all. I mean for one night I think it doesn’t matter, but paid $172 for one night and it wasn’t great at all.
