I booked this hotel last minute and the water slide at the pool was a big reason, but unfortunately was not working. Could not really control the temperature in the room but luckily it was cool outside so we slept with the balcony door open to keep us cool.

Amenities quite dated. Old Tv only had the least basic cable with it and the wifi wasn’t available 2/2 nights. Rooms were clean but wallpaper and bathroom dated. Staff was very attentive and friendly, easy to check in and out.

Overall, i enjoyed my stay. Staff were very friendly and accommodating where they could be. No heat in the building during the spring, but a space heater was provided on request. I also appreciated that they do not use strong scents to clean the rooms. My only review was the mattress. It was very noisy and too soft, clearly needed replacement. So, for my two nights, i did not sleep the best as i need a firmer sleeping surface. I found this room discounted on Expedia and I would stay here again at that price, but not for the full rate.

An amazing place to stay if you are visiting the sandbanks provincial park. Nice property, very clean and affordable. Will definitely stay here again !

My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. The hallways had a bad odor and weren’t clean. The room was missing basic items like Wi-Fi details and a working phone, and the staff at reception were not helpful. We had requested three rooms side by side on the same level, as we were traveling with seniors. Although we were assured this would be arranged, the hotel did not honor the request and never followed up. When we asked again, the staff were dismissive and rude. The bathroom setup was poor — the toilet seat and sink were too small, and the water pressure was so high it splashed water everywhere, making a mess. There was also no soap dish. Breakfast service was slow with very limited options. The pool and sauna were outdated, and the pool water was murky. Overall, the hotel needs major improvements in cleanliness, service, and facilities. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until serious upgrades are made. ⸻
