Service was slow, only 1 person available for everything. Hotel needs a refresh, facilities are not updated. Furniture was broken and looking very old.Room was OK for one night , but sofa bed very bad quality and didn't have bedding. There are many new hotels in the area with breakfast included and the same price. I think I would stay here for half the price. Hidden fees that didn't appear when we booked via Expedia were charged. Overall I don't recommend

Building and rooms were clean, staff was friendly. There is one “pub” otherwise you have to leave the hotel for food. Arrived around 7:30 first night was tired, pub was open but loud atmosphere not suited to a long drive. There was nothing to eat in the room and no room service option. Rooms are adequate but tv is old with limited cable channels. Bathroom plumbing is run down, shower faucet is loose, toilet leaks. It was a fine 3* establishment. Nothing wrong with it but not great.

Hotel is in a great location just off the highway and walking distance to homestead marketplace. The rooms are right out of the 90’s and could use some updating. That being said we found them quiet and reasonably priced for what it was.

This was the worst stay i have ever experienced. The room was disgusting. Not cleaned. Room smelt really bad of cigarettes in a no smoking room. The taps in the bathroom were backwards and the plug was on the counter when you open the door it breaks any cord you have plugged in. The bathroom door did not lock, this was room was highly over priced doubled charged for a security deposit. Would not recommended this stay at all. Not even a 1 star rating.

Place was ok for an overnight stop but overpriced. Soft mattress, small bathroom. Tub not draining. Rooms need serious updating. Elevator to third floor room but then had to negotiate 4 steps with our suitcases!

In the middle of the night found infestation of insects, went to front desk and first offered to kill them. I asked to be moved. Next morning room was made up by housekeeping without insect issue being addressed. Also no automatic doors between lobby and hallway where room are.

Welcoming and friendly hotel.

Checked in to this hotel on our way to Ottawa, and found friendly staff welcoming us. We felt very safe and comfortable in this quick stop. Would recommend this place to friends.
