I had to wait at the front desk to check in for almost 20 minutes, as I was very tired. They didn’t have any water to drink , and the shower was dirty some hairs on the wall. I will never stay here again .

The room was massive and clean. It feels a bit dated. We were on the 4th floor with no elevator. It was fine, just be aware. Also the wifi doesn’t work in the Charleston building.

There was no Wifi, so we had to pay our phone company for each day (3) while we were there. Spoke to front desk but nothing they could do. Should not make an offer if ti cannot be met. Also, the complimentary breakfast was beyond basic, could have used some slice fresh fruit at least. Also, some elevator music would have been nice as it was so quiet you could hear yourself eat.

The room had an overpowering aroma of chlorine from towels and bathing suits piled on the carpet. The staff did remove the smell by the time we arrived back that evening from our events.
