Clean room, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Breakfast was standard hotel fare. Our room was next to the door, so it was slightly noisy when people came in and out of the building. The building is pretty old, but still comfortable. No major complaints.

We have stayed here numerous times and as usual it did not disappoint. I think we got upgraded as the room was more like Wyndham rooms although the same hotel we booked a room at the Heritage Inn website. We had a room in the Charleston block on the 2nd floor. Very impressed with everything, room, breakfast, pool & hot tub & the front desk lady was lovely. Will return again and again our go to hotel

I t was clean, well maintained and staff was very nice. My only complaint is no elevator & we were on second floor after 10 days of hiking and traveling....there were no first floor rooms available. The hot tub was so helpful and made up for the stairs.

All good except got assigned a room with window opening onto the pool patio, thus no privacy when the curtains were open. I didn’t push to get changed since we were only there 2 nights, out most of the time, and ground floor near the door was good for being dog friendly. And as it happened the pool was only use for a couple of hours during the stay. I’ll just ask the rights question when I make bookings in future.

Over all a please t place to stay. Plenty of parking, Freeway close with lots of places to eat nearby. Property does not have an elevator so something to consider before booking on higher floors.
