Check in was good, although we didn't know it was a timeshare so listened for about 5 minutes and declined the opportunity to get a full presentation. Room was clean and right across the street from ocean and close to restaurants. Only odd thing is we had to collect garbage and dispose of it in a bay in the back. Never seen that in a hotel. All in all, was a good place to stay

Had a great first stay at Raintree. Well designed rooms, friendly staff, beautiful views and places to walk. Especially enjoyed the game room upstairs with plenty of board games, a chess table and giant Connect Four.

We have canceled 2 holiday reservations due to bed bugs found in our room. The hotel general mgr has declined to return phone messages. Staff has had major turnover and it’s lowered their service greatly. Used to be our go to several times a year for years, with the last 2-3 years renting multiple units. None of this mattered because, as I was told, paying thru a third party isn’t the same as being one of their Worldmark owners.
