We stayed two nights in a King bed room in the south tower. The room only had one chair with small table, tv was set on the dresser facing the bed. There was a small refrigerator, but no microwave. The coffee offered in the room was awful, definitely expected better than what was being offered. The bath/shower area did not have a functioning fan. The pool / hot tub area was kept clean, however only provided an excessive amount of very small towels for drying off and limited larger towels. No bathrobes were provided to and changing rooms not available. There was food strewn in the elevators that took over 35 hours to be cleaned up and the cleaning was not done well. The one positive we can state was that the bed was comfortable, had a great sleeps. Won’t be returning to this location, definitely expected better.

Room was nice. They started power washing at around 12AM. Loud in room. Called front desk and girl just said she didnt have anything to do with maintenance schedule. Asked for manager and told there wasnt one available. Assuming others complained because stopped after about an hour then started up again in the morning.

We liked that the hotel was close to Bellingham, yet not near the mall. I liked that it was a little further out but didn’t feel like a long drive. It was clean and felt more modern than the hotels closer to Western. We’d stay there again. We didn’t eat at the restaurants on property but when I checked in, the woman gave me a complete rundown of them and they sounded great!! The nonsmoking room had the slightest hint of a smokey hotel but not enough to bother us (and I’m very sensitive to smoke). The beds were very comfortable and I like when the shower is separate from the sink area. For Family Weekend, most of the hotels hiked up their prices, yet this place remained reasonable.
