the hotel was very clean. The hot breakfast was great. The pool area was nice. I had a hard time between rating 3 and 4 but most important part of a stay is the bed in my opinion and i did not sleep well. The AC unit was extremely loud and the bed and pillows were not comfortable. I sunk into the middle and the pillows were too big/firm which hurt my neck.

The housekeeping get into our room with not knocking or letting them s know that they were coming in. Very bad it happened twice. But other than that everything was great. Too bad that housekeeping have to rushed to come in the rooms.

Traveled with a sports team and the entire staff were very inappropriate by stalking children throughout the entire hotel, lying about noise complaints and even threatened to evict customers on no basis. Do not ever stay here. Also pool is very small and keys never worked.
