You can hear everything in the rooms. The rooms are not sealed properly near the windows, my room 708 you can literally stick your hands through to the other room. The door didn’t close when you left the room which was also a concern. This hotel needs updating.

Atendimento por parte de alguns recepcionistas e gerente, péssimo. Apesar de solicitação não houve solução de defeitos em aparelhos como telefone do quarto que não funcionava, bem como comunicação com o ZAP da recepção do hotel quase que ineficaz, além de não existir comunicação com, a gerência. Para dirimir assuntos de interesse do cliente é dificultado a comunicação com o gerente, que por sua vez mostra indisponivilidade, "não dá as caras no hotel"ou dificulta o acesso. Por fim ar-condicionado ligando sozinho, pingando e blackout do quarto 806 ineficaz.Muita falta de empatia de alguns recepcionistas com o cliente. No mais atendido bem pelo pessoal da limpeza, serviço de quarto e do restaurante. Café da manhã bom. Local limpo. Estadia razoável para ruim. Não recomendaria pelo custo benefício.

Conveniente.
Foi uma experiência razoável. Houve problemas de limpeza e reposição de itens, como o shampoo do box que, mesmo solicitado, não foi reposto. Anunciam que tem estacionamento mas o mesmo tem o acesso muito complicado para quem tem carros um pouco maior ( o meu é um Corolla).

Hotel bem localizado. Cafe da manha razoável. Cama confortável. Bons travesseiros. Bom chuveiro. Equipe de Recepção excelente. Limpeza do quarto e banheiro deixa a desejar. Chão engordurado e paredes sujas. Quarto nao tem copos, tem que pedir no restaurante. Falta de tomadas perto da cama.
