My husband and I stayed at granvivenzo hotel for few weeks it was the best, everything was perfect from the lobby, the valet guys to the cafeteria where we had an amazing breakfast with fresh cut fruits, bakery, coffee and bottles of water, I meant it was The best ever-if I could just remember everyone’s name to give them up A+ Cibely Gabriel aderlaine Jennifer Wesley Fabiana (Night Shift) I’m missing the name of them I’m sorry and thank you for the great stay when I’m Belo Horizonte

Sensacional a qualidade do hotel, desde as camas até o café da manhã. Um ponto de melhoria é colocar iluminação em frente ao armário de cabides, pois fica escuro e não conseguimos ver nossos itens no interior. Ótima hospedagem no Gran Vivenzo. O hotel possui boas instalações, quarto amplo, chuveiro maravilhoso, café da manhã excelente e funcionários muito simpáticos. O hotel tem como diferencial disponibilizar no frigobar, como cortesia, refrigerante, suco e água mineral. Além disso, ainda oferece para o hóspede, diariamente, duas garrafas de água mineral também como cortesia. Recomendo.

A estadia foi incrível. Cama e travesseiro confortáveis, quarto limpo. A janela consegue diminuir bastante do som de fora (tem bares por perto com música alta). Os funcionários são excelentes, principalmente os da recepção e serviço de quarto que foram muito atenciosos e eficientes. Café da manhã com muita variedade e sempre sendo reposto.
