Terrible place. They shouldnt be operating at all. The bed was broken. Rooms smelled horrible.

De razoável para ruim

Bem razoável. Os quartos são diferentes das fotos. O hotel está bem sujo. O elevador estava imundo, os corredores, bem sujos também. A cortina do quarto não fechava direito. Faltou água quente em uma das noites.

Péssima experiência, nos últimos dois dias que fiquei no hotel a água quente não funcionava, eu estava com criança pequena, não tinha serviço de quarto, a limpeza só quando deixava a chave na portaria e mesmo assim muito ruim. Cama dura, travesseiro ruim, só dois travesseiros, não tinha extra.

Limpeza dos quartos terrivel. Puxei o criado mudo da cama para ligar o carregador do celular estava com muita sujeita embaixo e atras. Nao podia andar descalço no quarto que os pés ficavam imundos. No banheiro a agua do chuveiro escorria por todo o banheiro e nao tinha pano para enxugar os pés. Café da manha nao esta a sendo reposto. Pedi para limpar o quarto as 10h. Quando retornei as 17h o quarto estava sem limpar por falta de roupa de cama.

Desagradável; viemos por motivo de saúde, pedi travesseiro a mais pois os travesseiros pareciam fronhas com enchimento de pano, o máximo que consegui foi uma colcha pra colocar por baixo. Um hotel que nao tem travesseiro extra. Café razoável cheguei 30 minutos após início e ja estava com pouca opção e não teve reposição.

Realmente qdo fiz a reserva pelas imagens achei bem bacana, mais infelizmente qdo cheguei no hotel achei muito inferior. Reservei o quarto de luxo que de luxo nao tinha nada. Quarto escuro, 1 unica tomada funcionado, a tomada do banheiro sem o espelho, paredes sujas, enfim decepcionada.

Estadia foi boa. Cafe da manha insuficiente, pouca variedade apresentando praticamente mesmas opcoes durante toda estadia. Atendimento da recepcao excelente. Acomodaçao limpa, ar condicionado muito bom, banheiro limpo. Precisa melhorar cafe da manha e talheres. No geral fica muito bem localizado e atendeu bem nossa necessidade.
