Pode ser mero caso isolado mas fui instalado em um quarto que tinha um cheiro forte de mofo, dois dias depois reclamei e me remanejaram de quarto, no quarto seguinte a acomodação era razoável mas o ralo do box do banheiro não coleta a água deixando uma lâmina d’água de uns 3cm no box do banheiro, não me pareceu muito higiênico… O atendimento por maior parte dos colaboradores foi bom, o acesso ao hotel também é bom pois ele está razoavelmente próximo a lugares como Minas Shopping e outros…

Nao gostei!

O quarto nao é bom, descarga da suíte sem funcionar ( como pode?), banheiro minúsculo, se ficar fechado fede esgoto, tv comlinhas pretas no led, a coberta é uma mantinha de casal que nao da pra cobrir os dois (pequena e fina), visual feio, porta toda marcada, sensacao ruim. Nao ha tomadas ao lado da cama e criado mudo so de um lado. Apenas luzes branco frio ( forte). Nao gostei.

Decepcionante

O atendimento do hotel em si foi bom. Mas infelizmente fui acordada antes das 06:00 com hóspedes barulhentos no corredor, gritando super alto e a gritaria permaneceu por horas (acho que era uma excursão de alguma coisa). O banheiro estava tomado de mofo e com um cheiro muito forte, da escada conseguiriam me ver tomando banho, pois ela dava pro corredor do primeiro andar e não tinha como fechar, tive que colocar a toalha de rosto para ter privacidade. O atendimento dos profissionais foi bom, mas pelo valor dava para a experiência ser melhor.

Péssimo

Extremamente desconfortável, os colchões velhos, parecem uma canoa. Não tem como dormir com qualidade neste hotel. O quarto é escuro, o chuveiro parecia que iria pegar fogo, e a descarga do banheiro parou de funcionar. Foi o pior hotel que já fiquei em minha cidade. Extremamente caro para esse padrão que oferece. Não recomendo.
